Spokane Soccer Academy - Registration
Hello and welcome!
SUMMER WILL BE HERE BEFORE YOU KNOW IT! We are excited that your family has decided to train with us this summer and look forward to providing you with a FUN and challenging training environment!
This summer we will be returning to our 5 week session format with two 90 minute training sessions each week.
Please make sure all sessions will work with your schedule BEFORE YOU REGISTER. We can no longer offer refunds but will be offering credits to a future session if your plans change BEFORE June 14th (good for ONE year). After June 14th no credits will be offered either so it is important that you make sure that this works with your complete summer schedule. Over the last couple of years some have registered early HOPING it would work with their schedule and then backing out the week we started training. Unfortunately that has impacted our small family business enough that we can no longer offer deposits or refunds. If a medical or family emergency happens we will always be willing to examine special circumstances on a case by case basis.
Training Fee: $350 per player / 2nd child $100 off / 3rd+ child $50 off. We added a bigger 2nd child discount this year to help families with multiple children. If families are struggling financially please contact Kevin and we will try to work something out as we do not want financial situations to prevent kids from participating.
Families that register before April 30 will be put into a drawing for FOUR Velocity tickets!!
Reminders:
* Dates and times subject to change until May 20
* No play-ups - Please do not ask. If we decide the environment is not right for a player and that they need to be bumped up we will INVITE them to move.
* All players must be picked up on time
* Shin guards are mandatory for training and playing
*Always dress for the weather and bring lots of water!
*If weather is possibly going to include lightning in the forecast parents should stay close to the fields in case we have to clear the fields. Rare in the summer for us but has happened.

TUESDAYS & THURSDAYS w/ 1 FRIDAY@ PLANTES FERRY PARK
Session starts on Tuesday June 25 NO TRAINING ON THURSDAY JULY 4.

By continuing on you understand and agree to the following Spokane Soccer Academy Policies:
- NO CLUB AFFILIATION: These programs are not affiliated with any club, the purpose of participation is to ENJOY their time in the game and to work on skill and confidence building. Although we have coaches that are involved in clubs, participation in SSA programs will not give you any political advantage in any club’s tryout!. Players will make club teams they tryout for based on their ability in comparison with others that show up at the tryouts!
- AGE GROUPS: All players MUST register for age appropriate programs. If our staff feels that a player needs to be moved we will invite them to do so.
- REFUND POLICIES :
* SEE THE HIGHLIGHTED NOTE AT THE BEGINNING OF THIS FORM AS WE ARE NO LONGER OFFERING REFUNDS - PICTURE & VIDEO AGREEMENT / PUBLICATION: All players and parents understand that from time to time we will be taking pictures and videoing our participants in action for use in advertising and promoting the Academy. By participating in our sessions you give us permission to use those images and videos while promoting the Spokane Soccer Academy.
- LIABILITY WAIVER / PERMISSION TO TREAT: All parents and / or guardians are responsible for all information within the waivers and by continuing on, agree to everything stated or implied within those waivers.
